LE Forms Lubrication Reliability Partnership with Noria Corporation
Lubrication Engineers has formed a partnership with Noria Corporation — publisher and provider
of training and consulting services to the machinery lubrication industry — to provide training
and educational services for plant and maintenance personnel. Training is provided on-site or online,
and is geared toward "best practice" lubrication procedures. Since its inception, the World Class
Lubrication Reliability Program has yielded numerous success stories and resulted in record breaking
savings and improved reliability for customers large and small.
In addition to the training programs provided by Noria, factory-trained Lubrication Consultants from
LE provide in-plant lubrication surveys, consulting and technical support services as a key part of the

LE Announces DUOLEC™
Line of Gear Lubricants
Lubrication Engineers announced the launch
of their latest enhanced lubricant on August 1, 2007. DUOLEC™ — a new and improved
product — supersedes LE's now legendary ALMASOL® line of premium quality gear lubricants.
The new DUOLEC™ line of Vari-Purpose Gear Lubricants offers LE customers significant performance
improvements even versus existing ALMASOL® gear oils. It includes LE's new unique and
proprietary additive, DUOLEC™, specifically developed for use in gear oil applications.
DUOLEC™ is a dual-acting liquid additive that shares attributes of both LE's ALMASOL®
and MONOLEC® while offering even greater wear protection. The product incorporates revolutionary
new technology that is thermally activated to provide dual levels of anti-wear and extreme pressure (EP)
protection.
DUOLEC™ lubricants are completely compatible with the ALMASOL® line that it is replacing —
meaning that LE's current gear oil customers should have no concerns about converting their gearboxes from
