This extremely clean Oil Dock setup at one of our LE Northwest customer locations displays our combined efforts using Best Practices when it comes to lubricant handling and storage, to tackle the important challenges facing current maintenance programs. Utilizing the lubricants and equipment shown — all sourced from LE Northwest as part of our World Class Reliability Program — this customer is operating at the lowest possible cost, stretching the life of valuable equipment assets, and making their operation run smoother with less unplanned downtime. All while reducing the amount of money spent on maintenance and equipment repairs.
In addition to the huge reduction in petroleum purchases and disposal this customer is experiencing (they reported to us they would have to hire three additional mechanics just to keep up with oil changes if they were using commercial-grade, commodity brand oil), they are also benefiting from the consumption of less fuel with the use of LE's BTU+ to treat their fleet and diesel generator. Through this extremely successful Fleet Lubrication Management Program, this customer is benefiting from a much higher ROI (Return On Investment), as they have continued to grow and expand during our 20+ year business association.
