Lubrication Engineers and Noria Corporation — publisher and provider of advanced training and

World Class Lubrication Reliability Program. This program is designed to provide advanced
training and educational services for plant and maintenance personnel. This training is provided on-site
or online, and is geared toward implementing "best practice" lubrication procedures. Since its inception,
the partnership has yielded numerous success stories and resulted in record breaking savings and improved
reliability for customers both large and small.

Lubrication Surveys of your Plant are done by a qualified lubrication consultant. This complete
survey of your equipment, lubrication points, recommended products, application methods and lube
intervals minimizes product misapplication, insures your equipment is properly lubricated, removes
the burden of scheduling your lubrication maintenance and assists in product consolidation of
lubricants to reduce the number of products in inventory.
